Dough Nation brings together the trendy dessert concept of raw edible cookie dough and doing good for your community. Locate at the corner downtown Tampa the new spot serves several flavors including the classic favorites like dark chocolate, s’mores and more. You can enjoy it in the cafe or take it home and even bake it!
Chef Cliff Barsi is behind the newest innovative concept in the food industry in Tampa Bay, he has created the perfect concoction of edible cookie dough using just the right ingredients. And it tastes amazing, according to Tampa Bay Parenting Magazine, WFLA News Channel 8 and several other local publications.
We even offer a vegan option – Coconut Macaroon cookie dough.
Dough Nation also serves as a training platform for the students of the Metropolitan Ministries culinary program transitioning out of the homelessness. Several graduates of this program now work at the best local restaurants and at our sister company, Inside the Box.

In the last year, 1,346,034 meals have been served through Metropolitan Ministries’ hunger programs.
